It expresses notes of crushed wild strawberry, cherry jam, raspberry coulis, juicy blackberry and cr\u00e8me de cassis, combined with notes of morello cherry in chocolate, prunes and roasted meat (in the background), with a fine spiciness (nutmeg, cumin), herbaceous (rosemary, mint) and slightly toasted notes. We also find a very subtle touch of violet after aeration. The palate is silky, filling and fresh at the same time. The attack is fruity, gourmand and offers notes of blackberry, black plum, morello cherry, crushed blackcurrant, wild strawberry and raspberry coulis.
