Nights are short during the harvest, only 4 to 6 hours, as is the maceration process. An intensely fruity and gourmet gamay, this wine is a godsend for summertime cooking!
It reveals a pale color, accompanied by a bouquet of fresh fruits and notes of white flowers. On the palate, the fruit expression bursts with invigorating freshness, supported by a lovely roundness, offering balance and delight with every sip.
