Rosé d’une Nuit 2024
Rosé d’une Nuit 2024
AOP Beaujolais
So pale pink in color it would make other rosés blush. As crisp as summer fruit and as fresh as the “dew of a night”. The “Rosé d’une Nuit” takes its name from how it is made. Nights are short during the harvest, only 4 to 6 hours, as is the maceration process. An intensely fruity and gourmet gamay, this wine is a godsend for summertime cooking!
It reveals a pale color, accompanied by a bouquet of fresh fruits and notes of white flowers. On the palate, the fruit expression bursts with invigorating freshness, supported by a lovely roundness, offering balance and delight with every sip.
