Our vines flourish around Château de Corcelles. There, the terroir discreetly provides that touch of minerality so characteristic of Chardonnay. Since 2020, oak barrels have been playing their role in giving the wine its delicately woody signature. All that is missing is some fish on the grill for the feast to be complete.
The wine displays a pale golden colour. Initial floral aromas give way to a complex bouquet of exotic fruits, notably lychee, complemented by delicate notes of toasted hazelnuts. True to its Chardonnay origins, the palate reveals a beautiful minerality, balanced by a rich, creamy texture with subtle honeyed nuances. The finish is elegant and delicately oaked, lingering with remarkable finesse and length. A refined wine with excellent ageing potential.
