This is the full expression of Tavel, even after a decade. Monks have cultivated vines here since the twelfth century. Since then, the Prieuré de Montézargues has gained in finesse and freshness. The Americans are enjoying it, and so is the rest of the world.
To experience all the emotion of this gourmet rosé, enjoy it alongside summer dishes, Provencal classics, or exotic cuisine.

Pink and bright color with red cherry hints much lighter than the Appellation standards. Charming nose, typical Tavel, opening up on yellow peach and small tangy red berries notes (red currant) along with blood orange scents. Immediately seducive on the palate thanks to sweet tones of almond, pastry cream leading to a beautiful patina. Medium to full-bodied the wine is dense, tasty on cherry stone, citrus flavors (Sicilian orange), ripe peach and liquorice touches lingering troughout this long and elegant finish!
